Milkia Waller Rebrands as Royalé Elyse, Launches Crowned Confidence Institute™ to Empower Women and Men in Faith, Leadership, and Legacy
ATLANTA, GA — [October 2025] — After nearly two decades of inspiring students, families, and communities, educator and author Milkia Waller has officially rebranded as Royalé Elyse, stepping boldly into her new chapter as founder of the Crowned Confidence Institute™, a faith-based coaching and leadership education organization designed to help both women and men rediscover purpose, embrace divine identity, and live with royal authority and grace.
This shift marks the evolution of a woman who has spent her life teaching others that crowns are not gendered; they are spiritual.
“Every person has a crown,” Royalé says. “It’s not about gender…it’s about identity. Crowns represent who we are in the Spirit. They remind us that we were created for dominion, not defeat.”
From the Classroom to the Crown
For 17 years, Royalé known then to her students as Ms. Waller served as an educator who didn’t just teach academics but spoke life into generations of young people.
“I can’t even count the number of times my students would look at me and say, ‘You’re so pretty!’ And without thinking, I’d smile and say, ‘Girl, stop playing—you’re pretty too,’” she remembers. “I must’ve said it more than a million times over my career. It became my mantra.”
That simple response, repeated thousands of times, became a seed of restoration for the girls she taught—and ultimately, for the woman she was becoming.
“At the time, I didn’t realize God was letting that phrase take root in me,” Royalé recalls. “I thought I was encouraging them, but He was healing me.”
When it came time to publish her book, she originally titled it Girl, Stop Playing—You’re Pretty Too. But under the wise mentorship of Dr. Cindy Trimm, that title evolved.
“Dr. Trimm told me, ‘Don’t tell them everything on the cover. If you do, you’ll swallow its power.’ And she was right,” Royalé says. “Just calling it Girl, Stop Playing allowed it to breathe—to mean more, to reach further, and to speak to the little girl and the grown woman at the same time.”
Introducing the Crowned Confidence Institute™
The Crowned Confidence Institute™ (a Milki Way International brand) is Royalé’s forward-facing coaching and leadership education platform—a place where faith and strategy meet to produce transformation.
Through her signature Playmaker Method™, Royalé teaches that confidence is not performance…it’s positioning.
“Confidence isn’t pretending you’re perfect; it’s remembering your origin,” she explains. “Before the foundation of the world, we were spirit first—limitless, loved, and already seated in heavenly places. My goal is to help people live like they actually believe that.”
The Crowned Confidence Institute™ offers courses, coaching programs, and the Crowned Confidence Mastermind, a 6-week experience designed to help participants Position, Lead, Activate, and Yield to their next level of divine purpose.
